Yohanni Hedges, the owner of MaidPro of Northwest Indiana, has been named a Franchise Rock Star for 2019 by Franchise Business Review (FBR). An interview with Yohanni is featured in FBR’s April 2019 print magazine and can be found on its website.
To select its Franchise Rock Stars this year, FBR analyzed research from 27,000 franchise surveys across 300 leading brands and narrowed down candidates to a few hundred who were each worthy of the title “Franchise Rock Star.” According to FBR, successful franchise owners like Yohanni possess both “a strong work ethic and a real commitment to their business.” Franchise Business Review is a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction.
In her interview, Yohanni explained that in addition to MaidPro’s “proven system,” she was attracted to the brand’s franchise model because it offered her “the freedom and the flexibility to make my own decisions,” she said. Yohanni said she was also “sold on the culture, support, marketing approach and technology that MaidPro offered.” She purchased her MaidPro franchise in 2007 with 401K retirement funds.
Yohanni is confident she made the right decision when she chose MaidPro and today she finds her work to be extremely gratifying. “What I like most about my job is that I have the opportunity to change lives in a positive way and help people (both clients and employees).”
