MaidPro Lands Spot as 2018 Top Franchise Leader

August 14, 2018

MaidPro has been named a Top Franchise Leader by Franchise Business Review based on franchisee satisfaction with leadership and culture.

In creating the prestigious list of 50 franchisors, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from approximately 27,000 franchisees representing 300 brands. In addition to satisfaction with leadership and culture, the independent research firm also considered franchisees’ overall brand satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend it to others.

MaidPro CEO Mark Kushinsky, said, “Our team makes a tremendous effort to provide our franchisees with the leadership and support they need to succeed and grow their businesses. We feel accountable to each and every one of them."

“That’s why we’ve built a collaborative culture and continuously work to improve it. We strive to ensure that each franchisee feels valued and understands that we view their success as our success,” MaidPro President Richard Sparacio added.

Michelle Rowan, COO and president of Franchise Business Review said that while all franchisees want to be profitable regardless of the type of business, they “also want to feel that the executive team cares about their personal success and communicates openly and transparently. That’s how you develop relationships built on trust and respect — and that’s what makes a great leader. The fact that Kushinsky and Sparacio were chosen by the people whose business success is dependent on their leadership is a clear recognition of their talent, vision, and dedication to franchisee satisfaction.”

MaidPro has been recognized numerous times by Franchise Business Review, including being named a Top Low-Cost Franchise, Top Franchise for Women, Top Franchise for 2018 and a Top Franchise for Veterans this year.
