MaidPro Voted No. 1 Maid Service for Franchisee Satisfaction and Only Maid Service in Franchise Business Review’s Top 50 Overall Ranking

MaidPro announced today that is has been named to Franchise Business Review’s 2013 Overall Top 50 Best of the Best (FBR50) franchise companies based on franchisee satisfaction, earning the best ratings of any maid service franchise included in the extensive study.

Now in its eighth year, the FBR50 is based on an in-depth study of some 26,000 franchisees, representing more than 350 franchise brands. The FBR50 is the only awards program to rank companies based solely on franchisee satisfaction. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions relating to franchisees’ experiences with training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, success and much more.

“We ask [franchisees] critical questions about their brand’s leadership, training and corporate support, marketing and promotional programs, communication, technology and product development and innovation,” says Franchise Business Review President Michelle Rowan. “We also measure their financial performance and overall satisfaction with the brand. Would they recommend their franchise to others? And, if they had to do it all over again, would they still invest today?
