Franchise Business Review Names MaidPro the Most Innovative Franchise Brand in Cleaning & Maintenance

For the second consecutive year, MaidPro has ranked first in the Cleaning &Maintenance Category on Franchise Business Review’s annual list of the 100 Most Innovative Franchise Brands in the U.S. MaidPro also ranked third overall on the 2019 innovators’ list for the second year in a row.

To select the companies on the list, Franchise Business Review (FBR) analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from more than 25,000 franchisees representing more than 250 brands. Franchise owners were asked about their brands’ innovation and creativity as well as their overall satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend their brands to others.

“There are clearly brands that prioritize and value innovation, and are constantly looking for ways to improve,” said Eric Stites, CEO of FBR, an independent market research firm. “Each of the 100 companies on this list has developed and executed products, processes, or services that enable and sustain growth and long-term relevancy.”
