MaidPro believes that happy employees are more productive and it's paid off as they've just been named one of the nation’s Best Place to Work by Inc. Magazine.
The 346 companies on the list were broken down by business category, size, state, and benefits. MaidPro was one of only 11 companies chosen in the Consumer Products & Services industry, and one of only 22 Massachusetts companies that were recognized on the list this year.

The Best Places to Work in 2019 list was based on a Quantum Workplace survey of approximately 140,000 employees from nearly 2,000 companies nationwide who answered questions about their employers. The survey questions centered on topics such as trust, management effectiveness, perks and confidence in the future.
Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data from the survey. Then Quantum Workplace, a leader in employee engagement software, ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results. This year, 74.2 percent of surveyed employees indicated that they were engaged by their work, up by more than 2% from last year.
