MaidPro announced today that it has won the Cleaning & Maintenance Category of Franchise Business Review’s Top 200 Franchises for 2015, outscoring 11 other cleaning companies on the annual ranking, which is based on an independent study of franchisee satisfaction.

In addition to winning its industry category, MaidPro was named for the 8th consecutive year to FBR’s Top 50 Overall Ranking, an exclusive subset of franchisors earning the highest overall marks across 33 benchmark questions evaluating everything from financial opportunity, training & support, leadership, operations & product development, core values (such as honesty & integrity), general satisfaction, and the franchise community. Within the Top 50, MaidPro took the No. 9 rank overall and the No. 2 spot for its size category (100-249 units).

Now in its ninth year, the FBR bases its Top 200 ranking on an in-depth study of more than 28,500 franchisees across 350+ franchise brands. Key parameters distinguishing the Top 200 in 2015 were training and support and innovation and creativity, according to FBR. “One of the best ways to know if a franchise is really a good opportunity is to look at its franchisee satisfaction data,” said Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review. “Companies, such as MaidPro - named Best in Category for Cleaning & Maintenance this year - strongly encourage their franchisees to participate in our study each year as a means for tracking performance and driving improvements in how they serve their franchise communities over time.”

Personalized business coaching and support will always be a cornerstone of the MaidPro franchise brand

“A big part of our win this year is attributable to training & support and innovation & technology KPIs,” observes MaidPro Vice President of Planning and Development, Chuck Lynch. “Our investments in both areas have been substantial over the past several years. We have rolled out a completely reengineered and comprehensive Cloud operating system that empowers our franchisees to optimize all areas of their business — from human resources and finance, to daily operations, marketing and sales. We have also continued to expand our network of personal business and marketing coaches and to support our franchisees with state-of-the-art systems for prioritizing, managing and executing against their ongoing support requirements. It’s gratifying to see our investments paying off so quickly in terms of rising satisfaction in our franchise community.”

“Personalized business coaching and support will always be a cornerstone of the MaidPro franchise brand,” adds company President and co-founder Richard Sparacio, who heads up the company’s coaching and support teams. “We strive to set ourselves apart by coaching to each MaidPro owner’s personal goals and aspirations for their business. Consistently high — objectively developed — franchisee satisfaction scores affirm we are succeeding on this goal.”
