U.S. Military Veterans Give MaidPro High Marks for Owner Satisfaction

November 08, 2012

MaidPro has been named to Franchise Business Review’s special report uncovering the Top 100 Vet Friendly Franchises. This report identifies franchise companies that ranked highest in franchisee satisfaction by U.S. military veterans who have transitioned in their civilian careers to franchise ownership.

To create this report, Franchise Business Review (FBR) surveyed nearly 3,500 military-trained franchisees across 265 franchise brands and conducted interviews with senior executives and franchisees of numerous franchisors. All franchises named to the list scored above average by military veterans in FBR’s proprietary system for evaluating franchisee satisfaction.

“Given their elite training and diversity of experience, our veteran owner/operators always seem to hold us to particularly high standards,” remarks MaidPro Vice President of Planning and Development Chuck Lynch. “It means a great deal to us to learn they are more than satisfied with the support and business model that MaidPro provides.”

FBR, which also ranked MaidPro’s residential cleaning franchise at number three on both its 2011 and 2012 FBR 50 — Franchisee Satisfaction Awards in the category for Midsize Franchise Systems, notes that veterans’ backgrounds set them up to be highly satisfied with their franchise experience. “Franchising, like the military, is centered around clearly defined systems, a set structure, discipline, and teamwork. Because of this, people who’ve had successful military careers may excel in the world of franchising.”

“We have learned over the years and through our veteran’s discount program that people with military training and service are uniquely qualified to serve as business owners and leaders in our communities,” remarks MaidPro Vice President of Planning and Development Chuck Lynch. “MaidPro’s veteran franchise owners are disciplined, confident, and compassionate leaders of people. We are glad to be doing our part to serve those who have served our country and very much hope to see new veterans taking advantage of the opportunity to build their civilian careers and wealth through MaidPro.”

While already ranking among the most cost accessible franchise opportunities, MaidPro also offers a discount package for veterans valued at $15,000 – making it highly affordable for veterans to start a cleaning business. The package includes: a $3,000 discount from MaidPro’s initial franchising fee, a $100 invoice credit each month for the life of the ten-year franchise agreement and direct financing or financing assistance to enable U.S. veterans to start their own MaidPro businesses with virtually zero cash up front.
